About This Project
The P&G Mason Business Center is the company's largest global Research & Development facility. The 253-acre campus in Mason, Ohio, features the P&G Beauty Innovation Center, R&D laboratories, manufacturing pilot plants, and a major consumer testing hub. It houses thousands of scientists, researchers, and consumer experts.
We delivered six Patterson Kelley compact semi-instantaneous steam-fired water heaters for the campus, engineered to provide fast, reliable hot water across labs, pilot plants, and testing facilities that don't have room for downtime.
Semi-instantaneous, steam-fired units make sense on a campus like this: fast recovery and a compact footprint, without the standby losses of a large storage tank, so hot water keeps up with a facility that never really stops working.
